When you need to serve a subpoena for production of records, JPL Process Service LLC is ready to both Serve those documents and also be listed as your Deposition Officer on the Subpoena. The process is as follows: We serve the documents to the party being requested to produce documents.
Assuming they comply with that subpoena, they then send those document to your Deposition Officer listed on the subpoena who is also JPL Process Service LLC. Once we receive those documents, we transfer all documentation over to Digital Format and then send you the requested documentation from the party who complied with that subpoena!
