Excellent, FAST, and Professional Service

I am a judgment enforcement attorney working near downtown Los Angeles area and I HIGHLY recommend JPL Process Service. I needed a process server to serve 5-6 bank levies and couldn't afford to wait SIX MONTHS for the sheriff's department to server a bank levy. The turnaround time was about only about two days and my client was very pleased with the result. Extremely helpful.

We too did not know what we were getting into by filing a small claims lawsuit. Needless to say, the process was intimidating. After shopping around for process servers, came to know that JPLPS was very fairly priced for what you get (number of attempts, information, communication, expertise). One of the things we really liked was that Jeff either answered the phone or called us back shortly. Another was his expertise. We filed with LA County Superior Court and the website leaves a little bit to be desired as far as explaining how to proceed with certain issues. Not a problem for Jeff, he went above and beyond addressing all of our concerns. We definitely got our money's worth and we highly recommend him.

Outstanding

I found this website on the internet and had no knowledge of whom I was dealing with. Living in Kentucky, I was concerned about the quality of service. We had sent legal documents to an opposing attorney and the law firm to the Redlands CA. The attorney’s office said they never received the documents. They called several days later and it magically appeared once we started a delivery investigation. A delay tactic on their part, hoping we would not counter calm to the court in time. I talked to Jeff at JPLPS and Jeff explained the process. My wife and I talked about it and we sent the documents next day air to Jeff. He completed the necessary documents for proof of service to the courts and fixed some issues with the documents and delivered to the attorney and courthouse very efficiently. My wife commented on how nice Jeff was and explained everything. I could have not done any better. We are very happy with the outcome. Thanks guys for the help.

I had JPL serve a divorce case for me on an inmate at Glen Helen. They were professional and got the paperwork served in 3 days. I spoke with Jeff on the phone and he was very helpful and called me throughout the process including after service was completed. Pricing was a bit more then an another company I contacted, but the whole process was smooth and JPL seemed a lot more legit then the other company. Thank you for a great job!
