JPL’s Riverside process servers coordinate legal document delivery for attorneys, businesses, and individuals. Our office handles instructions and attempt updates, giving you one point of contact through the returned proof or affidavit.
Service of documents and court filing are separate steps
Tell us whether you need documents delivered to a recipient, submitted to a court, or both. A process-service assignment should identify the person or entity to be served, the complete address, the documents, and your deadline. A filing request needs its own instructions and confirmation of the applicable court and fees.
Do not assume that ordering service also orders filing of the proof. Let JPL know what you need returned and whether you want help with a separate filing. This avoids a gap between receiving the paperwork and completing your next step.
Make the Riverside address clear
Include the city, ZIP code, and any apartment or suite number. If the assignment is elsewhere in Riverside County, provide that exact location so we can confirm coverage and pricing. A general request for “Riverside service” does not identify the address where an attempt should take place.
Share relevant access instructions and known availability. If the recipient has moved or you have multiple possible addresses, discuss the information with our office before adding locations. Address research and additional attempts outside the quoted scope may carry separate charges.
Confirm current rates and availability
Review our process-service rates and ordering information for Standard, Priority, and Same Day options. Call before submitting urgent work. First-attempt timing is different from completed service: the selected option does not guarantee that a recipient will be reached that day.
Confirm the fee for each party and address, included attempts, and any additional research, waiting-time, or location charges. JPL can review unusual access conditions or multiple recipients before you authorize the work.
Stay informed through the returned proof
Our Riverside process servers report attempt results through JPL. Notify the office promptly about amended documents, changed deadlines, or new address information. After service, review the returned proof for the names and case details. If service is unsuccessful, discuss the reported circumstances before deciding on further work.
Contact JPL or call 866-754-0520 with your documents, address, and deadline. We can coordinate assignments at additional locations through the same office.
