Small Claims Filing and Process Service Pricing
Small-claims services are priced separately at our regular rates. Choose the filing method accepted by your court, then add process service for each party and address.
- Walk-in court filing: $75 standard, $125 next day, or $150 same day, plus court fees.
- California e-filing: $12.95 plus fees; add $10 for same-day service.
- Process service: $99 standard, $125 priority, or $175 same-day, per party and per address. Additional entities served at the same time and address on priority or same-day orders are $99 each.
Filing and process service are separate charges. Advanced costs carry a 5% surcharge. Printing of 100 or more pages costs $0.20 per page for all pages. Call 866-754-0520 to confirm same-day availability and any desert or mountain address fees.
