We started Serving Legal Documents in June of 1999. Initially we were working for family and friends that were paralegals or had law firms. Their biggest complaints were how their current process servers and court filing runners, were not doing things the same way that we handled them and approached the work.
We made sure that each service was getting the attention to detail that it deserved and we started the FLAT RATE service then. We also simply did their work in the same manner that we wanted work to be done for us, if it was our court cases. Word spread about the “NEW PROCESS SERVERS” in town and we continued to grow until it was too much work for just 2 process servers.
We had to start building the JPL Process Service LLC work force in order to make sure that our clients were getting the attention that they deserved on their court cases or filings, along with making sure Defendants were served properly in order to make sure they had their DAY IN COURT as well as the Plaintiffs.
We continue to grow every day, and strive to make sure that every one of our customers has a GREAT experience and knows that everything to get their documents served properly and legally has been attempted.
