JPL Process Service LLC (“JPLPS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose personal information through JPLPS.com, our service orders, and our communications.

Depending on your interaction with us, information may include your name, business or law firm name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, client account details, orders, invoices, transaction records, and correspondence.
For service assignments, we may receive documents, case information, service addresses, recipient information, deadlines, instructions, and other details needed to complete the requested work. Clients and authorized representatives may provide information about people other than themselves.
Website and email technologies may collect information about devices, browsers, IP addresses, pages visited, referral sources, and interactions with marketing emails. We receive information directly from you, from clients or authorized representatives, and through these technologies.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to respond to inquiries, provide quotes, coordinate requested services, communicate assignment status, maintain accounts, process transactions, keep business records, protect our systems, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations.
We also use contact information for marketing communications where we have the required permission, and website and campaign activity to understand engagement and improve our communications.
3. Disclosure and Contact Information
JPLPS does not sell or rent contact information.
We may disclose information needed to provide requested services to process servers, filing providers, couriers, courts, and other necessary recipients. We also use providers for website hosting, client portals, payment processing, email delivery, communications, analytics, and advertising. These providers may process information needed for their functions.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law or legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate misuse, or address security concerns. Website advertising technologies are described separately below; they may transmit website activity to their providers.
4. Email Communications and Constant Contact
We use Constant Contact to manage subscribers and send marketing emails. Information provided to Constant Contact may include names, email addresses, and subscription preferences.
Marketing emails may use tracking technologies to report delivery, opens, clicks, and unsubscribe activity, along with technical information such as IP addresses and browser information. We use these reports to understand engagement and improve our communications.
You can stop marketing emails by clicking Unsubscribe at the bottom of an email or contacting info@jplps.com. This does not prevent necessary communications about an active assignment, account, invoice, or requested service.

5. Website Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for functionality, analytics, and marketing measurement. Tools present on the website include Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook tracking, and CallRail.
These tools may collect visit, device, referral, and interaction information. Advertising tools may connect website activity with information held by their providers to measure or personalize advertising. Whether a disclosure is considered a “sale” or “sharing” under privacy law depends on the law and how the tools are configured.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings and use privacy or advertising controls offered by providers. Blocking cookies may affect website functions. Our current website setup does not automatically change tracking settings in response to browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. 6. Telephone Calls and Text Messages
JPLPS does not use CallRail to record telephone calls. CallRail may process call-related and website referral information for call tracking and marketing measurement.
Our text-message practices are described in our SMS Privacy Policy. You can stop text messages by replying STOP. Contact our office if you need another way to receive assignment updates.
7. Retention and Security
We retain information as needed to complete assignments, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and honor communication preferences. Retention needs vary by record type and assignment. We may retain limited information about an unsubscribe request to continue honoring it.
Our approach is to limit access to personal information to people and providers who need it for their work. No electronic system or transmission method can guarantee complete security.
8. Your Choices and Privacy Requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional rights, including rights concerning certain disclosures or uses of information.
We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some information may need to be retained because of legal obligations, active assignments, or other permitted reasons. Send privacy requests and questions about tracking choices to info@jplps.com.
9. Other Websites and Providers
Our website links to client portals, payment services, social platforms, and other websites. Those services may have separate privacy policies. Review their policies when using them.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our practices or services change. The current version will carry a revised date. We will provide additional notice where required.
