County Document Recording: Timing and Fees
The walk-in recording service rate is $125, plus county recorder fees and advanced fees. Standard work starts in 2–3 days. Contact us to confirm the schedule for your assignment; the start window does not guarantee completed recording within that time.
For urgent requests, call before sending documents so we can confirm availability, timing, and applicable fees.
If your county and document qualify for electronic submission, our e-recording services are $75, plus county recorder fees and advanced fees. We confirm the available submission method and charges before you order.

County Recording With One Point of Contact
JPL is your point of contact for county document recording services, assignment instructions, fees, and updates. Before submitting documents, confirm the recorder’s location, your deadline, and the agreed return method with our office.
County recording is different from service of process. If your matter also requires document delivery to another party, arrange process service as a separate assignment.
