JPL’s Glendale process servers coordinate legal document delivery to individuals and business recipients. Send our office the documents and intended service location so we can confirm the scope, timing, and fee before work begins.
Identify the recipient clearly
For an individual, provide the full name and complete address, including the apartment or suite. Share relevant access instructions and known availability. For a company, provide the exact legal entity name and the person or registered agent identified in your service instructions. A trade name, office address, and registered-agent address are not necessarily interchangeable.
If your assignment involves CT Corporation or another registered agent, tell JPL which entity the documents name. Ask us to confirm the current service location and pricing for that assignment. Do not assume a general Glendale service quote or a special offer applies to every company or delivery.
Keep changes with one point of contact
JPL coordinates instructions and updates through our office. Send amended documents, changed addresses, and new deadline information promptly. Clear instructions help prevent an attempt at an old address or with an outdated document set.
If you have several recipients, identify each party and the documents intended for that party. Ask how the orders will be tracked and what information you will receive after attempts. Additional parties and locations may have separate fees.
Choose service timing and confirm costs
Review our current rates and ordering options. Standard, Priority, and Same Day services relate to when work starts, subject to availability. They do not guarantee that a recipient will be reached or that service will be completed within that period. Call before submitting an urgent assignment.
Confirm the included attempts and any additional charges for extra addresses, research, or waiting time. Court filing and other litigation-support services should be requested and quoted separately. Research may help with an uncertain address, but it cannot guarantee a current location or successful service.
Review the result and returned proof
Our Glendale process servers report attempt results through JPL. If an assignment is unsuccessful, discuss the reported circumstances before authorizing further work. After service, review the proof or affidavit for the recipient and case details and let our office know about any question.
Contact JPL or call 866-754-0520 with your documents, recipient details, address, and deadline. Our office can coordinate additional locations while remaining your point of contact.
