JPL’s San Bernardino process servers handle legal document delivery with documented attempts, status updates, and proof or affidavit preparation. Whether you are sending one assignment or coordinating several recipients, our office gives you one point of contact for instructions and results.

Confirm the exact location before dispatch

Start with the recipient’s full name and complete service address, including any unit or suite number. Tell us whether you mean an address within the city of San Bernardino or another location in the county. Coverage, travel, access, and availability can differ between locations, so a county name alone is not enough to confirm the assignment.

Include useful access information and any known schedule. If the address is uncertain, ask about address research before authorizing attempts. Research is a separate service and cannot guarantee that a current location will be found.

Send the complete assignment

Provide the documents to be served, your contact information, and any deadline or special instructions. For a business recipient, supply the exact entity name and intended recipient or agent. Tell us about amended documents or changes to the address promptly so the server receives the correct instructions.

JPL coordinates service for civil, family-law, small-claims, and other legal matters. Confirm that the requested service fits your documents and location. Court filing and other litigation-support work should be requested separately; they are not automatically included in an order for document service.

Review timing and current fees

Standard, Priority, and Same Day options are available subject to the assignment and location. These options concern the start of attempts, rather than a promise of completed service. Contact our office before submitting urgent work so we can confirm availability.

Our current rates and ordering information explain the service options. Confirm the price per party and address, included attempts, and any charge for additional locations, research, or waiting time. Remote or difficult-access locations may require a separate quote.

Follow the results through one office

San Bernardino process servers report attempt results to help you understand the status of your order. If a recipient cannot be reached, review the circumstances with our office before approving additional work. After successful service, check the returned proof for the recipient and case details.

To begin, contact JPL or call 866-754-0520. Send your address, documents, and deadline so we can confirm the scope and next steps.
